Founded in 1990, Homeward Bound serves Phoenix, Arizona, and its surrounding areas. As one of the largest providers of safe and secure housing, it caters to the needs of the homeless, those at risk of becoming homeless, and victims of domestic violence. Beyond housing, Homeward Bound is a non-profit offering comprehensive services such as employment services, affordable childcare, emergency pantries, and education. Their mission is to transition at-risk families to self-sufficiency through long-term secure housing and additional social services.
