Founded in 1974 by former Escondido Mayor Lorraine Boyce and Ruth Clothier, the Escondido Community Child Development Center (ECCDC) is a non-profit, licensed preschool serving the Escondido, CA, area. ECCDC offers a comprehensive child development program for children aged four months to kindergarten, focusing on mental, physical, social and emotional growth.
