Founded in 1989, the Joy Picus Child Development Center, managed by the Mount Washington Preschool and Child Care Centers since 2002, is committed to providing quality early childhood education and care for infants through preschool in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Initially serving City employees, it's now open to all. The center focuses on a STEAM-based curriculum promoting social skills, curiosity, and foundational learning, offering support from potty training to preschool preparation.
