Lu's Daycare Home In Serra Mesa

Founded in 2006, the Neighborhood House Association is one of the largest nonprofit social services agencies operating in San Diego, California and surrounding areas. Providing a comprehensive Head Start program for children of eligible families, the Association is dedicated to uplifting lives through education, healthcare, and other forms of support. In line with the Continuum of Care Model, their services begin pre-birth and continue through to senior care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to community development.
