We know your child is a precious seed who will grow into a beautiful flourishing tree with the help of all. Tree of Life and you as parents, as a team, we will cover all aspects of development: intellectual, social, physical and emotional.
OUR TEAM
Our head provider and owner Monica Martinez-Jaik has more than 20 years of experience taking care of and educating children. She moved to Colorado from Mexico in 1998 and soon after was awarded by the Mexican Consulate in Denver the distinction of the Mexican-American Student of the Year in 2000. After this experience, she started to do volunteer work at the General Consulate of Mexico with the Latin community. Is at that time when she saw the opportunity to take care of the kids of diplomatic families arriving from Mexico who needed a loving, trustworthy and bilingual childcare provider. She realized she loved it and something she wanted to do in life. It became her passion and now that she opened her own child care center, one of her dreams is accomplished. She is a licensed childcare provider and is knowledgeable in the teaching of the Montessori Method. Although her first language is Spanish she is fluent in English and she loves to teach both languages to the little ones.
Leticia Jaik is our cooking expert. She will take care of the nutrition of our children with healthy and delicious meals.
Maria Cooper is our support staff. She is organized and focused. She manages the administrative department and keeps everything running smoothly. She is also a licensed childcare provider.
The most important job of our team is the security and care of your child.
OUR SPACE
Our classroom provides children with a safe place to learn on gross and fine motor skills and enhance cognitive processes. Our furnishings and materials are age appropriate and aesthetically pleasing that include: language, reasoning, dramatic play, art and music, science, nature, math, manipulatives, sand, water and playground. All that meanwhile they have fun and make friends!
