Rising Sun Learning Center, founded in 2016 and located in Kansas City, MO, is a Christian-based, locally owned preschool and childcare center that caters to children of ages birth to 12 years. They believe in the philosophy that messy kids are learning kids, and emphasize on the growth of social-emotional skills.
