Established in 2015, New Horizon Academy, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota and surrounding areas, provides high-quality early education and child care programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. As a family-owned and operated company for over 50 years, we focus on developing a healthy sense of self in each child whilst ensuring they acquire necessary skills for school and life.
