Founded in 2009, Urban Sprouts Child Development Center is based in University City, Missouri and extends its services to surrounding areas. Taking inspiration from Reggio Emilia's approach, Urban Sprouts respects children as active participants in their own learning. The center provides early education for children from birth to age six, nurturing them to become socially capable, creative, and inspired citizens. Their child-directed activities and hands-on experiences promote problem-solving and incorporate literacy, language, math, and science concepts.
