Founded in 1971, La Casita Preschool, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a community-oriented, non-profit parent co-op that offers a play-based education for children aged from 2 1/2 to 6 years. Taking inspiration from the schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy, the preschool adopts a child-directed approach. Accredited by NAEYC and awarded a 5-star rating by the NM state licensing authority, it is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment, accepting all children without discrimination.
