Smoky Row Children's Center

Established in 1983, Smoky Row Children's Center has been providing exceptional care and education for families in Powell, OH, and the surrounding areas. It is a family-owned institution, with a dedicated team of experienced educators, many of whom have been with the center for over a decade.
