Federation Early Learning Services (FELS), founded in 2002, provides outstanding childcare and early education in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. With a focus on fostering each child's unique potential, FELS offers a warm, nurturing environment that supports the growth and developmental needs of children. Through a blend of The Creative Curriculum and STEM engagement, children are stimulated to explore, investigate, and discover.
