Bright Beginnings Preschool, founded in 1984, is Charlottesville's Early Childhood Leader. It is committed to providing a high-quality, nurturing, and engaging early childhood program. It was started by Kathe Petchel, an experienced educator, aiming to promote each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
