Early Learning for Everyone Midtown provides childcare and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in Anchorage, AK. Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the Midtown center offers a structured environment that supports early learning and development. The organization is guided by director Branwen Collier, a certified special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Childcare classrooms use positive behavior supports and developmentally appropriate practices to encourage exploration, social skills, and independence. Teachers and assistants are cross-trained to support both typically developing children and children with special needs, promoting inclusive classrooms and consistent care.
ELFE’s ABA program uses evidence-based strategies to help children with developmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder, build communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. Behavior technicians are early childhood educators with added ABA training and receive ongoing supervision and professional development to maintain quality.
