Northminster Christian School

Northminster Christian School in Tucson, AZ is a ministry of Northminster Presbyterian Church offering Christ-centered, play-based early childhood education. Founded in 1998, the state-licensed, DES-certified school serves children 18 months to 4 years and is open to children of all races, nationalities, and faiths. Programs support development across emotional, physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual domains.

Teachers hold degrees or certifications in early childhood studies, have classroom experience, and participate in continuing education in developmentally appropriate practice and biblical integration. The campus features a renovated Children’s Courtyard with a new play structure, shaded areas, a toddler zone, soft play surfaces, and enhanced access control.

In addition to its core early childhood programs, Northminster Christian School offers afterschool care for Kindergarten through 3rd grade and a seasonal summer program. The school operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, follows an academic calendar, and offers tours by appointment during school hours.
