Holy Redeemer Child Development Center in Miami, FL provides preschool services for children ages 3–5 in a safe, nurturing environment. Operated by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc., the center is located at 1325 NW 71st Street, Miami, FL 33147. Catholic Charities’ Child Development programs are licensed by the Florida Department of Children & Families and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) or the Council on Accreditation (COA).
Classrooms are led by teachers with Bachelor’s or Associate degrees. Children receive three nutritious meals daily planned by a licensed nutritionist. The program features age-appropriate activities that build early literacy, social and emotional development, health, and nutrition. Services include developmental screenings for language, learning, and speech delays; individualized education plans for children with special needs; therapy services for eligible children; and parent trainings. Families also receive case management and referrals to additional resources. Staff are tri-lingual in English, Spanish, and Kreyól.
The center operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and accepts multiple funding sources, including scholarships, grants, vouchers, governmental subsidies, Head Start, VPK, Community Development Block Grant, and private pay.
