Since 1977, Noah's Ark Preschool, situated in Dubuque, IA and the surrounding areas, has been committed to providing a well-rounded early education experience. Operated by the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, we offer childcare and preschool programs for children aged 3 to 5.
