About
Care House Learning Center is a nonprofit early childhood education center in Nampa, Idaho, founded in 2022. The center provides licensed preschool and childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, operating Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. year-round. It also hosts a summer program for children ages 6 to 10. Programs emphasize high-quality, affordable care that builds school readiness and long-term success.
Through partnerships with local organizations, families can access added support such as vision and hearing screenings, medical and dental services, food assistance, and community-building events. Care House Learning Center operates as a 501(c)(3) and a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry sponsored by Nampa First Church of the Nazarene, and it collaborates with Central Elementary School. A community board of directors helps guide curriculum and childcare practices.
In its inaugural year, the center served 58 children from 41 families and provided more than 35,000 hours of childcare. Care House Learning Center offers discounted rates and serves families across the income spectrum, aligning its mission to improve the lives of children and families through accessible childcare and the love of Christ.
