Miss Chiquilladas Home Day Care

I’m Gilma Londoño, the director of Mis Chiquilladas. For 10 years, I’ve had the joy of caring for children and watching them grow.

I have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, and I love bringing what I’ve learned into the activities and everyday moments we share.

At Mis Chiquilladas, children play, explore, learn, and make friends. We’re a bilingual program with Spanish immersion, giving children opportunities to hear and use Spanish throughout their day.

We celebrate their ideas, their discoveries, and the little things that make each of them unique. Every child grows at their own pace, so we guide them with patience, kindness, and respect.

What I love most about my work is seeing children feel confident enough to try something new, express themselves, and simply be who they are. I also believe in listening to families and building a relationship of trust together.

My hope is that every child who comes through our door feels loved and included, and that every family feels part of the Mis Chiquilladas family.
