Wildflower Montessori is a privately owned Montessori school in Kansas City, Missouri, founded in 2017 by educators Blair and Sarah. It operates two campuses: West at 6108 NW 63rd Terrace and East at 900 NE Barry Road, open Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Programs include Infant (newborn–12 months, West only), Toddler (12 months–2.5 years), Preschool (2.5–5 years), and Grade School (Kindergarten–1st Grade, West). The Grade School program requires five days per week and offers either an academic day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm or extended day with before/after care from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The West campus expanded in 2018 with additional toddler and preschool classrooms and serves over 120 students from infancy through grade school. In 2022, the East campus opened and serves more than 60 toddlers and preschoolers under the direction of Sherrie.
Tuition includes two snacks and lunch prepared in-house, with an optional breakfast plan. Classrooms follow Montessori-guided schedules featuring work periods, circle time, meals, rest, and indoor or outdoor physical activity. All students must be up to date on immunizations. The East campus also houses Wildflower Wellness, a nonprofit that connects families with resources and support.
