About
Bright Beginnings Learning Academy is a family-owned early childhood center in Jersey City, NJ, founded in 1989. It serves children from 2 months to 12 years with full-day care, preschool, after-school, and summer programs. Core classrooms follow The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos, balancing teacher-guided and child-initiated learning across key developmental areas. Age-based programs include Infants to Young Toddlers (4 weeks to 16 months), Tiny Tots to Older Toddlers (16 months to 2.5 years), and Toddlers to Preschoolers (2.5 to 4 years). School-age children benefit from structured after-school care and seasonal camps.
The teaching team is certified in early childhood education, trained in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, and meets New Jersey licensing requirements. Many staff members are bilingual. Families value flexible hours, daily fresh hot meals, and a setting aligned with the NJ Department of Education’s preschool expectations. Enrollment is open year-round, with tours available for prospective families.
