PB+J Collective, founded in 2016 and based in Reno, NV, is a women-owned nanny and babysitting agency that matches families with vetted caregivers. The agency places full-time and part-time nannies and family assistants, and handles specialty placements including Newborn Care Specialists, overnight care, ROTA schedules, private educators, and household staff. It also supports families with babysitting and backup care.
