Animal Oasis is a pet care facility in Reno, NV, offering boarding, daycare, and grooming for dogs and cats. Located at 1855 E. Peckham Ln., the facility is open seven days a week from 6 AM to 7 PM.
Boarding is available for overnight or extended stays with 24/7 staff supervision. Dogs enjoy a cage-free environment with optional private suites for those needing individual space; cats stay in cat condos. Meals are served three times daily, medications are administered as needed, and grooming services can be scheduled during any stay. Current rates include: Dogs at $55 per night ($45 for an additional dog) or $70 per night for a private suite ($60 for an additional dog); Cats at $40 per night ($35 for an additional cat).
Current vaccinations are required for all services. For dogs: Bordetella every 6 months; DHLP and Rabies every 1–3 years; Canine Influenza annually. For cats: Rabies and FVRCP every 1–3 years; Feline Leukemia annually. A temperament test is required before boarding; tests are offered daily from 7 AM to 1 PM, are free of charge, and typically take 2–3 hours. New clients complete a brief application and provide current vaccine records. A monthly flea/tick preventative is recommended for dogs participating in group play.
