Hi, I’m Bernice Jean-Baptiste, and I’m honored to welcome you to Little Shepherd Christian Daycare in Dix Hills, NY. I operate our Christ-centered program alongside my mother, Micheline Jean-Baptiste. Together, we are passionate about creating a loving, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to grow.

Working with me means your child is in the care of someone who genuinely loves early childhood education and views every child as a unique blessing. I bring experience as a former teacher assistant and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Buisness to strengthen the care I provide and ensure your child receives the highest quality support during these precious early years.

At Little Shepherd, our days are filled with joyful learning, hands-on exploration, prayer, and play. We believe in the power of positive guidance and structured routines to help little ones thrive emotionally, spiritually, socially, and academically.
