A Nanny Match, founded in 2015 and based in New York, NY, is a boutique nanny and household staffing agency serving the NYC Tri-State area, major U.S. cities, and Italy. The agency places full-time, weekend, ROTA, and live-in nannies; Newborn Care Specialists; housekeepers; and personal and family assistants, and also arranges temporary, backup, and occasional care and corporate childcare solutions.
Led by Founder and CEO Kristen, who has more than 20 years of experience in childcare and staffing, A Nanny Match follows a selective process in which about 5% of applicants meet screening standards. Candidates typically bring 7–15 years of experience and complete multi-round interviews and thorough reference checks; once an offer is extended, background checks are conducted. Families are generally introduced to 6–8 carefully matched candidates and often complete a hire within a few weeks, with initial profiles delivered quickly.
Clients receive support through consultations, regular check-ins, hiring templates, and introductions to payroll specialists for legal pay.
