Wunderville Preschool is a Reggio Emilia–inspired early childhood center in Rochester, NY, serving children ages 2–5 with additional offerings for kindergarten and first grade. Its child-led, emergent curriculum emphasizes exploration, creativity, problem-solving, social-emotional growth, early literacy, and critical thinking, with classroom and outdoor environments intentionally designed as a “third teacher.” Educators bring a combined 30 years of early childhood experience, and families are invited to participate through parent volunteering.
Programs include Reggio Preschool (ages 2–4, Monday–Friday 9–11:30 a.m., 2-, 3-, or 5-day options), Reggio Pre‑K (ages 4–5, Monday–Friday 12:30–3 p.m., 2-, 3-, or 5-day options), flexible Drop‑Off Care (ages 2–4, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9–11:30 a.m.), and a Reggio Primary Afterschool Club (K–1, Mondays 4–6:30 p.m.). Wunderville also hosts kids’ birthday parties and will add preschool and school-age summer camps in 2026. Studio space is available for classes, workshops, and community events.
