Early Learning Program (ELP), based in Akron, OH, is the preschool program of Akron Public Schools (APS). ELP connects Akron families with district-run early childhood education and the resources needed to get started. Through the APS Preschool/ELP site, families can review meal menus, school supply lists, and a Principal’s Message; use the Find My School tool to identify an assigned location; and access district services including Chromebooks, the Staff Directory, the district calendar, and enrollment information. As part of APS, ELP follows district standards and schedules and is integrated with the network of APS schools. The site also shares program updates and district news to keep families informed. Prospective and current families can use the enrollment links to begin or manage registration and the resource pages to prepare for the school year.
