Advantage Early Learning Academy operates a childcare and early education center in Gahanna, Ohio, at 496 Havens Corners Rd. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is led on-site by Director Ms. Leo Green. Programs include infant care (6 weeks–18 months), toddler care (19 months–2.9 years), preschool education (ages 3–4), and school-age childcare (ages 5–12). Ratios include one teacher for every five infants and 1:7 in toddler rooms; preschool classrooms include a lead teacher and an assistant.
The curriculum is hands-on and theme-based, aligned with Ohio Early Learning Developmental Standards and the Creative Teaching Strategies framework, and delivered through small-group centers. Enrichment offerings include yoga, music, and dance. School-age services provide before- and after-school care with homework support, as well as spring, summer, and winter break programs. The Summer Explorers Program features weekly field trips and activities in science, engineering, creative arts, and athletics, with meals and snacks included.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor play gyms, ample green space, and a parent lounge. Field trips visit local attractions, and the center is near the Gahanna branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Staff qualifications include advanced degrees and Child Development Associate certifications. The academy notes a partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
