The Somatic Doula

I'm Lorrae Bradbury, a trauma-informed birth and postpartum doula practicing as The Somatic Doula. I offer virtual support worldwide and in-person care throughout the US, based in Philadelphia. I integrate Somatic Experiencing and nervous system regulation into full-spectrum doula care, including birth support, postpartum care, and abortion doula care. My approach centers trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse families, and neurodivergent parents, drawing on a psychology background and over a decade of trauma-informed relationship coaching.
