About
MMS is a preschool focusing on enriched environments children may explore. We serve students from 24 months to kindergarten.
Mission Montessori School is a non-profit Montessori program in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving families in the Brainerd area from its campus at 4519 Brainerd Road. Formerly known as East Lake Montessori, the school offers part-time to full-time preschool and a full kindergarten program. Classrooms follow Montessori principles that build independence, concentration, practical life skills, and collaborative learning. Peace Education is integrated daily to support problem-solving, emotional well-being, and empathy.
The school’s mission is to cultivate a love of learning, a love of work, and care for one another in a diverse community. Mission Montessori maintains a nondiscrimination policy regarding race, ethnicity, ability, religion, and sex, and emphasizes integrity, creativity, independence, and respectful interactions. Families can request information or schedule a visit through Contact & Tour Registration, and the Legacy Scholarship Program helps expand access to qualifying families.
