The Learning Center at First Cumberland (TLC) provides weekday early childhood care and education for infants through pre‑kindergarten in Chattanooga, TN. As the daycare ministry of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the center operates on the church campus at 1505 North Moore Road and is open Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Programs are organized by age: Baby 1 and Baby 2 (approximately 6 weeks–14 months); Toddler 1 (12–20 months), Toddler 2 (20–28 months), and Toddler 2.5 (28–36 months); Toddler 3 (3–3.5 years); Pre‑K 1 (3.5–4 years); and Pre‑K 2 (4–5 years). Published weekly tuition is $275 for Baby 1 and Baby 2, $255 for Toddler classrooms, and $250 for Toddler 3 and Pre‑K. A non‑refundable $50 registration fee is due upon application, and a $35 supply fee is assessed twice per year.
TLC is directed by Teaquila “Teek” Holmes, who has served the center since 2001, became Assistant Director in May 2022, and was named Director in October 2022.
