About
PDN Children’s Inclusive Early Learning Center (IELC) in El Paso, Texas, is a full-service childcare program and the community’s only inclusive early learning center. Operated by PDN Children’s, founded in 1948, the IELC offers year-round options including full-day, part-day, and school-age care when school is not in session. Classrooms serve children of all abilities, integrating support for those with developmental delays and disabilities within a typical early education setting.
As part of PDN Children’s continuum of care, families have access to related programs such as Early Childhood Intervention for ages 0–3, Applied Behavior Analysis, pediatric speech and occupational therapy, a feeding clinic, and the Community Resource Center for education and family support. This integration allows children to receive coordinated services that complement their daily learning.
The IELC’s purpose is to help children achieve their fullest potential through inclusive education, evidence-based therapies, and family-centered supports. It provides a structured environment that prepares children for school while meeting individualized needs.
