UKids - Guardsman Way

UKids – Guardsman Way is a child care center at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT, serving both University-affiliated and community families. Located at 545 S. Guardsman Way, Salt Lake City, 84108, the center provides full-time child care and is part of the university’s Student Parent Support Center.

The program follows the Creative Curriculum to deliver project-based, hands-on learning aligned with children’s interests. The center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), demonstrating adherence to recognized quality standards in early childhood education.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour with administrative staff before applying; tours are offered by appointment between 8:00 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–4:30 pm. UKids – Guardsman Way accepts ongoing waitlist applications.
