Herzog Family Center, founded in 1996 in Spokane, WA, is an academy of early learning focused on the social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children. The center enrolls children from one month to age five for early learning and preschool and offers before- and after-school care and a summer camp. Staff are background-checked; certified in CPR and First Aid; complete Washington State Child Care Basics (30 hours); and pursue at least 10 hours of annual continuing education. Classrooms operate with lower-than-required teacher-to-student ratios to support individualized attention.
