A Peaceful Path Montessori is a Montessori preschool in Vancouver, WA, serving toddlers ages 16–36 months. As an AMI Montessori Toddler Community, it offers 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-day programs with an individualized curriculum that respects each child’s interests and pace. The prepared environment supports independence, concentration, creativity, and compassion through hands-on learning, self-expression, and collaborative play.
Core areas of work include language, art, music, interaction with nature, practical life activities, and psycho-sensory motor development. The program follows the Montessori developmental approach to help children build confidence, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and to prepare them for primary Montessori classrooms.
The teaching team is trained by the Association Montessori Internationale. Director and Lead Teacher Julie Davis, B.A., M.P.A., holds an AMI Diploma, and the classroom is supported by Assistant Liz Wakeman, B.A. Located in East Vancouver, the school invites families to tour the classroom and learn how the program supports the first three years of a child’s growth.
