Does TrustedCare charge any booking fees?
No, we don’t charge booking fees for each booking. Plus, you get unlimited bookings at no extra cost. You won’t be charged for clients who book through your website, Google, or social media, whether online or offline.
However, if a new client finds your business through the TrustedCare Marketplace, a one-time fee applies. Returning clients won't incur any further charges.
Are there costs for marketing campaigns or SMS reminders?
We provide free automated emails and text messages for new bookings, appointment reminders, cancelations, and reschedulings.
Additionally, we offer powerful tools to create engaging marketing campaigns with a free email and SMS allowance to start. After this allowance is used, additional credits are billed as outlined in the Communications section of our pricing page.
